Liability

Failure to disclose an allergy may only be considered when there is a proven causal relationship and does not remove the applicable health obligations.

Allergies and health conditions are sensitive data. When identifying individuals is essential, explicit authorization will be requested and the information must be sent through the secure channel indicated by the company, not through the general quote-builder message.

Liability, changes and warranty

Because these products are made or customized to approved specifications, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply. Reasonable color, texture or finish tolerances inherent to the material and technique must be disclosed in the sample or proposal before approval.

Web interaction: the selection serves as an initial reference for volume pricing and does not by itself authorize production.

Service Sheet 3 — Audiovisual, Sound & Lighting Rental

Explore the complete Service Sheet 3
View scope and conditions

Service scope

Rental, transport, setup and operation of Line Array sound systems, consoles, microphones, monitoring, architectural or robotic lighting, effects and indoor or outdoor LED Video Walls. It may include regulated power distribution, cabling, technical alignment, live operation and teardown.

Quantities, power, resolution, dimensions and final configuration will be agreed in the proposal according to the venue, attendance, electrical supply, setup conditions and availability when the booking is confirmed.

Operation and responsibilities

  • Equipment may only be installed, configured, energized, operated or modified by authorized personnel.
  • The client will provide safe access, accurate technical information and suitable venue conditions.
  • The client will control attendees and third parties under its coordination; DIGITAL 7.0 S.A.S. will retain technical custody and responsibility for the operation performed by its personnel.

Damage and safety

The client is responsible for demonstrable damage or loss directly attributable to a breach of its obligations or to people under its coordination. Normal wear, internal defects, incorrect installation or actions by DIGITAL 7.0 S.A.S. personnel are not attributable to the client.

DIGITAL 7.0 S.A.S. may de-energize or suspend operation in the event of rain, wind, moisture, structural instability, electrical fluctuations or any other demonstrable risk condition.

Damage assessment and replacement procedure

Where demonstrable partial damage exists, the assessment will include only the reasonable and necessary costs of diagnosis, parts, labor, transport, calibration and taxes. If a total loss or a technically or economically unfeasible repair is established, replacement value will be based on current quotations from authorized importers or distributors in Colombia or, when unavailable, comparable suppliers in the professional audiovisual wholesale market, for the same model or a technically equivalent one.

The assessment will consider age, prior condition, obsolescence, depreciation, salvage or residual value and applicable insurance compensation to prevent double recovery. DIGITAL 7.0 S.A.S. will provide a technical report, photographic or audiovisual evidence, inventory identification and, when reasonably possible, two comparable quotations; if only one source exists, the company will explain its selection. These documents are verifiable initial support and may be challenged. In the event of a technical disagreement, the parties may engage an independent expert or use the agreed dispute-resolution mechanism.

Web interaction: the request does not reserve inventory or dates. Confirmation requires technical feasibility, an accepted proposal, a payment plan and a contract.

Service Sheet 5 — Event Roofs, Layher Stages & Truss Structures

Explore the complete Service Sheet 5
View scope and conditions

Service scope

Rental, engineering, transport, installation and dismantling of event roofs and covers, stages with modular Layher decks, technical platforms and Truss structures supporting audiovisual equipment, according to each project’s scope and conditions.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the ground, venue, intended loads, access and environmental conditions.
  • Provide soil studies, leveling, permits or authorizations when assigned to the client by the proposal and the relevant authority.
  • Do not attach banners, lights, screens, décor or other loads without prior written technical approval.

Engineering, safety and liability

Required designs, calculations, reviews, installations or certifications will be carried out, according to their scope, by competent professionals, authorized technicians and duly qualified specialists.

The client is responsible for demonstrable damage directly attributable to unauthorized modifications, overloads or interventions performed by the client or by third parties under its coordination. Civil, administrative or criminal liability will be determined by the competent authority under applicable law.

DIGITAL 7.0 S.A.S. may suspend installation or use of a structure when the ground, weather, loads, access or third-party conduct creates an uncontrolled technical risk.

Damage assessment and replacement procedure

Partial damage will be assessed using the reasonable and necessary costs of inspection, repair, components, specialized labor, transport, certification and taxes. In the event of total loss or a technically or economically unfeasible repair, replacement will be calculated using current quotations from authorized manufacturers, importers or distributors in Colombia or, when unavailable, comparable suppliers in the professional event-structure, rigging, Truss and Layher systems market, for the same item or a technically equivalent one.

The assessment will consider age, prior condition, obsolescence, depreciation, salvage or residual value and applicable insurance. DIGITAL 7.0 S.A.S. will provide a technical report, evidence of the damage and item identification and will seek two comparable quotations; if only one source exists, it will justify the selection. The documentation will be verifiable and open to challenge; if a technical disagreement persists, an independent expert or the contract’s dispute-resolution mechanism may be used.

Web interaction: the selection requests preliminary sizing. Confirmation is subject to a technical inspection when applicable, load definition, permits, an accepted proposal and a contract.
